These terms govern access to and use of VYNEQ.

1. Service
VYNEQ transfers files between devices and creates, reads or shares QR codes. Free requires no account. A temporary code or QR joins a session; keep it confidential and share it only with the intended recipient.
2. VYNEQ account
An account is optional for Free. It lets the same internal owner, Pro subscription, quota and content be used on Android, iOS and Web after verified Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access secure. You can revoke sessions or delete the account. Deleting the account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription, which must be managed separately in the relevant Store.
3. Free
Free allows up to 100 MiB per file, 10 files and 250 MiB per transfer. VYNEQ first attempts Direct transfer between devices; a capped TURN relay may be used when required by the network. Free does not store files in the VYNEQ Cloud and provides no permanent file QR. Devices must remain available during Direct transfer.
4. VYNEQ Pro
Pro allows up to 25 GiB per file, 250 files per transfer and 250 GiB of Cloud per month, plus folders, Smart Routing, resume, resumable downloads and permanent file QR codes. Pro QR limits are 100 QR codes, 5 GiB total and 500 MiB per QR file.
5. Direct, Cloud and availability
Smart Routing prioritises Direct and switches to Cloud only before payload starts when policy permits. Cloud temporarily stores files for upload, resume and download. No transfer, speed, availability or universal retention period is guaranteed; keep copies of important files.
6. Permanent file QR codes
A Pro permanent QR publishes a link intended to remain usable and accessible to anyone holding it. The file may be replaced behind the same QR, deleted, and temporarily recoverable after loss of rights under service rules. You are responsible for link distribution, content and recipients. Deletion does not erase downloaded copies.
7. Subscription and price
Pro is offered monthly or yearly. Price, currency, tax and period are those shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase. These terms promise no fixed price. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled under Store rules and deadlines. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
8. Purchase, restore and expiry
Apple or Google handles payment and some refunds. VYNEQ verifies purchases with the Store and may restore associated rights. After cancellation, rights continue until Store-reported expiry; after expiry or suspension, Pro features stop and Pro data recovery/deletion rules apply.
9. Content and prohibited use
You must hold the necessary rights to shared files and QR codes. Illegal or harmful content, infringement, malware, quota or access-control circumvention, unauthorised access and service disruption are prohibited. VALKERYS claims no ownership of your content.
10. Security and privacy
Transfers use the protections described in the Privacy Policy, including HTTPS/WSS, access controls, integrity checks and temporary URLs as applicable. VYNEQ does not guarantee total anonymity or end-to-end encryption across the whole Cloud chain. Always verify recipients and protect codes and links.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VALKERYS is not liable for indirect loss, loss of a sole copy, wrong recipients, disclosed links, shared content or unavailability caused by networks, devices, Stores or third parties. Mandatory liability is not excluded.
12. Changes, law and contact
VALKERYS may evolve the service, limits and terms subject to Store information and applicable law. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the country of residence. The French version is the reference text. Contact: contact@vyneq.com.
